weird meth side affects

Ok, quick question that may or may not be easily answered. I have done meth with probably about 10-15 different people. However, I really only use regularly with, like, 3 or 4 friends. Now, the really odd part is that two of my friends, basically no matter what happens, once we have stopped for about two or three hours start to get either fast heart rates or complain of an entire side of their chest hurting, and not necessarily the side that the heart is on. I have no clue why this happens, especially because no one else has any problems whatsoever. Also, usually if we smoke MORE than the problems subside until we've stopped again. Also, neither has any sort of heart problem and both are fit and active. Can anyone explain this to me? Thanks.
 
What may feel like your "heart" may actually be pain from your lungs. Smoking or shooting meth also seems to cause general bodily discomfort/pain, probably because its more toxic when its introducted straight into your blood stream (as opposed to letting your body remove the toxins through metabolism). But then again, if you toke it hard enough its bound to cause some heart difficulties.
 
People often misinterpret gastrointestinal pains as heart pains. Perhaps your friends are just getting upset stomachs, and meth-paranoia convinces them it's heart trouble.
You could try making sure they have a small healthy meal in them before doing the meth... that may help.
