Weird Meth Question

Back in the day alot of my fellow ravers/party kids were really REALLY into crystal. I stuck with the E and Acid for the most part but I do recall them telling me crystal costs around $60 a gram. It's also referred to as the "poor mans cocaine" ...now here is my question, I was reading multiple posts here on bluelight where people claimed to be paying $260 a GRAM of crystal....NOW WHAT THE FUCK IS THAT ALL ABOUT??? Thats more than twice the cost of coke... So are you tweakers really dishing out that kind of $$$$$ for some good shards or are the people that pay $260/gram just suckers or have terrible connections????? The reason I ask is because paying $260/gram of ANY drug sounds pretty fucked up and I cant believe anyone would be able to support a habbit like that without knocking off a few banks or something...
 
i get the best methamphetamine in the united states and I don't pay nearly 260$ a gram. Heh, that price just SUCKS. Someone's getting ripped off.
 
Thanks for the I can get a lower price than you BS. Your ability to score drugs is more related to the people you hang out than any measure of manliness. Hell I am sure their are BLs who are good meth cooks so are probably getting perfect shit very cheaply.
The short answer here is that drug markets are highly non-liquid. Whoever you are getting meth from is just way overcharging you b/c he knows that you don't have any dealer to comparison shop. Or you just live in an area with high prices (remember drugs are incredibly expensive (compared to other products) to transport).
