Everytime im comming down from speed and go to sleep i have some very werid dreamms, ive asked my friends and they all said they had weird dreams to could this be something in the speed or ?
would like to know peoples opinions

I get lucid dreams if I try to sleep during a speed comedown, like I'm not really asleep nor awake, just twitchy all over and sweating like a pig and hallucinate people walking around and their voices and banging down my door which jerks me awake and not sure if it's real, then will drift back into a lucid state and the hallucinations come back, a very disorientating feeling but I like it.

If you've been using continuously for a few days or more my guess would be REM sleep rebound. Even if you do sleep whilst you are using (its not impossible, i used to do it all the time) for some reason speed prevents you going into REM stage sleep. When you come down your body wants to make up for all that lost REM sleep..so instead of progressing through the stages of sleep 1-2-3-4-REM-etc. your body goes straight into REM sleep mode.

This means a lot of dreaming and in MakersTable's case, sleep paralysis, where your body goes into REM sleep mode without you being fully asleep...During REM stage sleep your body paralyses itself to stop you acting out your dreams..you dont notice it normally because you usually only go into REM from deep stage 3 or 4 sleep. When you've got REM sleep rebound, you go straight into REM sleep, when your brain is still semi-conscious and aware that it is becoming paralysed...anybody who has experienced sleep paralysis will know the frightening suffocating feeling im talking about.

ya i just went through my first experience of that just recently. i thought i was having a seizure or something lol.

I did have a night recently, after popping a few Codeines and I had had Mephedrone earlier in the night. I had a "WILD" dream. That is, a dream where you try to stay conscious until you enter "the zone", I believe. It's a FANTASTIC sensation when you enter the dream but can be quite frightening at first. It's comparable to a psychedelic experience in so many ways.

I woke up in the middle of the night and then immediately put my head back down, I felt the world SHAKE VIOLENTLY and I knew I was entering a dream so kept my cool. I entered the dream and it was fantastically vivid. Unfortunately I was not able to control all that much (which I've been able to do in the past). I've noticed this happens more often when I've used a drug. Stimulants + Xanax seem to cause it for me but the dreams are often very vague and lack clarity due to the effects of Xanax. I can't wait to get me some Melatonin.

I've found seroquel or zyprexa (olanzapine) give really crazy intense realistic dreams during a comedown.
