Weed Tolerance Question

Hey guys. I have a quick question about weed tolerance.

First ill tell you my smoking habbits. During the end of high school (graduated in 07') and a few months after id smoke every day or every 2nd day with friends. We would usually buy a gram or 2, between like 3 or 4 of us and that would be sweet id have like 3 or 4 cones and be satisfied.

Anyway i had a falling out with my stoner buddies and started smoking more alone as i didn't know any1 who smoked as often as i wanted to.

Fast forward to today i always buy in quarter ounces, usually twice a week, or as much as i can afford. A quater ounce usually lasts me like 2 days (so i cnt afford to keep my every day habbit) and i get no where near the effects i used to.

So ive decided to take the dreaded T-Break :(:(:(:(:(

So fiiinaly my questions are...

1. How long would you recommend i take off?

2. And is it really necessary to not smoke AT ALL during a tolerance break? Like say i only smoke once a week just to take the edge off for a while surely my tolerance will still drop significantly?

try not smoking fro a week and then gooing from there
 
ok but like say instead of stopping all together if i just cut down to once a week will my tolerance drop over the few weeks untill im back to where i was? or do i need to have no weed for the whole time?
 
Your tolerance will drop by a decent amount if you go from daily smoking to smoking once a week. But the drop will be more noticeable if you don't smoke for say 1 month.

Since you seem to enjoy smoking, I would suggest switch to smoking once in 1/2 weeks.
 
If you really can't go without smoking, I've found you can lower your tolerance by simply not smoking as much. I smoked probably an ounce of mids a week during the school year, since summer started I've only been able to smoke an ounce of schwag every two weeks. And after the first week or so, I noticed myself getting noticably higher off of smaller amounts of weed.

So anyways. Break your tolerance however you want, but smoking any less amount, for any time, will lower your tolerance. Try going a week, smoke once daily at most. You'll have fun that first time really smoking after that.
 
It will take about a month for you to regain the magic. Personally. I would just take a 2 week break and switch over to JWH-xxx. More affordable, and doesn't seem to lose it's magic as quickly.
 
what i did wen i got to the point of smoking riduculous amounts

stopped morning smokes and daytime smokes,
only chop up 2x 0.3 mixes a night
though my 0.3 would go further coz most aussies mix with tobacco

but yeh , once i got used to that routine i was gettin nicely stoned most nights

usually start smoking around 7-30pm , after dinner etc

if i stick to that i can make a 1/4 last maybe 12 days max , wich isnt too bad , stil alot but ye
 
ok well ill see how long i can go for. ive just been getting so stressed and angry at people.

But only if they get in my f**cking way :p

T-breaks are awesome.
I do it every year for about 3 months or so, then the first day back on the bong is like heaven.
 
The longer you wait, the best it will be when you smoke again

100% true, whether its like an hour or a few days etc.

If you still want to get high and lower tolerance, cut back to once a day tops. Makes it much worth it but hard.
