just want to make sure i'm not getting ripped off
usually buy 1/8 of nuggets for about 50-55
so friend is trying to sell me 1/8 of hydro for about 60-65 is that high.... or he is cutting me a deal?

Depending where your from. Around here (southern Alberta) thats an insanely high price. I get high quality bud at around $10 a gram (approx. 4 grams to an 8th) but it also depends on where your from, drug prices vary all over.
