Yes, there is no interaction at all between the two. You can even do them at the same time.
Edit: Be careful with the tylenol in the vicodens tho, taking 2250mg once should be fine but don't make a habit of it. Do a CWE next time.

I never liked mixing weed & any opiates. The mix makes me sick but the majority of people mixing the 2 agree that its a good combo.

i know you shouldn't take more than 4000mg of Acetaminophen (Tylenol) in a day, i'm familiar with opiates just not about mixing them

Generally (with any opiate + weed) it is A-okay, often 'very much enjoyed', by the average folk. 
However, there are quite a few who prefer to enjoy each high on its own - that combining (anything, really) dulls the glory of each. I, personally, would rather not mix - and find that Benzos+Weed is better.
Bottom line: you're fine.

Exactly. I'm going to close this since you know the risks of high APAP dosages and 95% of the time opiates and cannabis is a great combination, there is little, if any, risk of using this combination. Just watch your alcohol consumption (because of the APAP already in your system).
