I have been smoking weed for 4 or 5 years now it havent affected my life I attend to a university every working day I have a girlfriend a family life friends work etc... lately I started to feel pulsing pain in my chest when I was breathing but it was like a 2 to 5 seconds of pain once in a while so I got worriend and started getting off weed but I discovered that its not so easy.Than I remebered that I have some DHC 90s stashed around 60x90mg and I was wondering if I could take them for 2 weeks than taper a bit down and eventually let go of the DHC is it possible? or do you think I would get hooked to it in the process? sorry for my english.

It's definitely possible to get dependent, both physically and psychologically. Whether or not you will is up to you.

I get those pains too sometimes, almost like someone is stabbing me in the chest and the pain gets really bad if I take an inhale. Then, gradually (usually as I empty my lungs) the pain goes away. I've seen a doctor about it and says it's benign and idiosyncratic. Of course, any abnormal pain around the chest that isn't something common like heartburn should be evaluated by a real professional and since you aren't from the US, you might be from a country that has that commie health care so might as well get it checked out.

It doesn't sound like the kind of thing where you need opioid analgesics, but if you're taking them to combat the "withdrawal" from weed (which does exist), then I'd recommend you just get through it rather than getting yourself hooked on something worse.

Be careful with opiates because you are playing with fire. It's certainly very easy to get dependent on opiates without even realizing it. Two weeks can quickly turn into two years.
