I think there's some actual DJ wedding compilation discs you can buy. Couldn't spring for a DJ? Any decent wedding DJ has all that stuff. I've always assumed you just give the DJ a tracklist beforehand.
Are you looking for something beyond Cotton Eyed Joe, What is Love, etc. etc. ?
Most mainstream trance is filled with the stuff:

...but I don't really know...I figure that weddings are pretty formuliac: most of the bride's favorite tunes + a few groom tunes, some slow dance songs (one for the bride and groom to some classic thing like Canon in D er whatever slow dance song, the bride and father slow dance, some tunes for the older crowd like Brown Eyed Girl, Beatles maybe some April Wine! AC/DC Shook Me All Night Long...thats about it.
