here's my list, but unfortunately none of these beat marijuana, and marijuana dramatically increases the positive benefits of all of these, as well as enjoyment of them..
* music. alters my mood and body, makes me feel high, and can impart positive emotion/motivation
* exercise... i always feel like running when i walk e.g. from my car to a place, which i think is my body telling me "you're on the computer chair too much". exercise gets the body/mind energetics going...
* multivitamin and good diet
* staying up too late. weird, but it works really well for me... my night-time mood is completely different than my daytime mood. things are more enjoyable, i'm more curious, more driven, etc
* getting enough sleep (compensating for staying up too late; but not by fucking up the sleep cycle)
* if already in a momentum... don't slide off it
i've been drinking (normal) tea lately... that's really helped me focus and keep up momentum (something that's hard after quitting opies), but it doesn't increase creativity and intellect like marijuana does
i'm going to see how piracetam goes, but i'll need to be able to afford a choline supplement first since i don't want a headache or counterproductive effects
