Benzos Way to prolong it in my system for longer?

Hi, is there any method or ways to prolong alprazolam fast release to stay in my system for a bit longer? I have 6mg Alprazolam SR and 25mg fast release alprazolam tablets until Monday. I bought L Theanine today to hopefully help me relax. Thanks, Essentialle123 ❤️
 
You'd need a prescription MAO inhibitor but fat chance of getting one

You can try hordenine but I've never used with benzos so not sure how it would work out
