Waves

Sometimes life is full of waves.
They come in one after another,
keeping you entertained and busy.
As the waves keep rolling in,
you can easily feel overwhelmed.
Eventually you wish the waves would slow down,
so you can relax in calm waters.
While relaxing in calm waters, you wish for one wave,
one great wave to sweep you up
and carry you in to the warm shore.
Finally the wave comes, takes you in,
and you feel content and complete.
You are no longer alone or overwhelmed
in the open waters.
