Well, I've done Fentanyl quite a few times, always Mylan brand, though. Today was the first time gels were encountered. Now, here I am sitting in my room, I squeezed a small amount of gel out (BB size at best), put it on the shinny side, put the lighter under the foil (6 or so inches for a few sec, then I slowly put it closer to the foil) and then inhaled it as I saw the gel fizzle away. I want to be sure I'm doing it even remotely properly. Also, will the gel evaporate if there is a small cut into the patch?
BTW, my tolerance to nod would be 20mg Oxymorphone, 40 to nod absolute tits, 60-100mg Oxycodone, Hydrocodone doesn't do too much, basically candy with tylonel.

Also, I see that inside the watson brand gel(s) there are.. I guess they look like small splinters through out it, are these just going to get caked into my lungs? It does not seem like a great thing to smoke.

Sounds like you're doing it about right. If you're worried about the gel in the patch evaporating you can cover it with tape, though I've never had a patch last long enough to worry about that. If there are particles in the gel, they'll either stay on the foil or vaporise, they aren't going to make it into your lungs as splinters.

I don't see how people can smoke the gel form of fentanyl because the gel is so sticky when my friend tried to put it on the foil some of the gel went to waste because it got stuck to his fingers and thumb,he said that it was basicaly impoisbal to try and put the gel on the foil without the gel sticking to your fingers and or palm and he said that when he finnaly was able to squeeze a small amount of the gel out onto the foil he said that he then got a lighter put it under the foil about 6 inches under it and he said that the gel dissolved to quickly for him to even inhale the fumes into his straw.He said that he had heard that you could make turn the gel form of the fentanyl into powder form but he wanted to ask anyone if they knew how to turn the gel into powder form and he said it wasn't because he wanted to inject it,he just wanted to know how people get into powder form.

It's really, really easy. Poke a hole in the patch with a pin. Squeeze out a small blob of gel. Fold the foil in half and use the edge to scrape the blob up. Smoke. I have no idea how your (sorry, your friend's) fingers and palms were even involved. You start inhaling before the gel evaporates.

Also, you've been asking about how to turn the gel into powder in a lot of threads. Even if you had the knowledge to do this, you'd be left with a powder of such potency that there would be no way to dose even remotely safely. Not even with a mg accurate scale, which you probably don't have. Give up on the idea.

Edit: I hear you man, I've smoked over half this patch already I don't feel too opiated. I'll hit it, get a warmth throughout my body when I exhale, and that lasts about 5-10 seconds and that's it. Probably haven't smoked enough, and it's only a 50mcg. I think if I was to smoke a full 50 I'd be opied up nicely.
