Watching or Subscribing to Threads

I have searched, and cannot find an answer to this. Is there a way to subscribe or watch a specific thread? I can't find a 'watch' button on a thread that I'm curious about.

Also, if there is, when you activate this, do you receive notifications that there are additional comments to the thread?

Look above the thread in the blue bar and where it says 'Thread Tools' you will find a place to subscribe to the thread. You can choose how you want to be notified there.
