My ex introduced me to molly around March of this year. Long story short, I ended up loving it the first time so we went on a 3 day binge. But the final months of us using the drug together, the high was a different high. Not because I was doing it everyday, but because I know what molly is suppose to feel like. One night he said "this is some different sh-t than the other kind, it hits you fast but goes away fast too." I blindly assumed that he meant it was a different type of molly. One night he said he was buying molly but the guy came with ice shards that I now know as crystal meth. I even told him that I thought it was meth, but he still took it saying "maybe it is, I'll try it." He had it another time in his hand and said "you wanna taste this" and I said "ew no that's meth." He would start getting crystals that were grayish/black & told me it was more pure molly. Except the high was nothing like it. One night, I felt a cold sensation from my head down to my spine & was numb all over my body with a hot feeling running through my veins. When I came down from the high, I googled it & came across heroin. I thought that's what it was & he argued me all night & day that it wasn't. I said I didn't want to take drugs anymore so when he got a white powder that day & I said no after testing it (it numbed my tongue), he got MAD! He tried to say that was molly also, but I had a feeling that it wasn't because molly isn't suppose to numb your tongue is it? I've heard his friends and brothers say "where's the dope" but he said that's just a word for any drug. Is that true? Or can molly be called dope too? He's had needles & said it was gonna be used for numbing when he got a tat w/ the lidocaine he has. He denied shooting up numerous times although I seen all of the signs. Has he been giving me other drugs w/o telling me? Or is there a lot that I don't know about with mdma? Oh yeah and he's a sociopath so I'm thinking he was giving me these drugs purposely to keep me dependent on him and to stay.

White powder that numbs your tongue sounds like coke. Greyish-black crystals could still be MD but impure, although a lot of people *think* their MD is purer because it has a brown colour - this is false.
Also, just throwing out other possibilities - you maybe took MDMA too frequently and have lost the magic as some users call it. There is a thread discussing it here:

I've given you possibilities, but none are certain. If you really want to know what an unknown substance is, buy a test kit!

Sounds like cocaine to me if it numbed you up so fast. Maybe really cut or something. Also could be weird methylone!
Thank you, Jackeh! I'm going to take a look at that thread. He swore up and down that the white powder wasn't coke and was molly. Also, is heroin a tan brown powder? I've read it is, but he said that was molly also.. I know, I was dumb, but I eventually opened my eyes instead of wanting any kind of high. I'm not against people taking other drugs than me, but I'm just scared at the fact that he was hiding it and not telling me exactly what I was taking. He would even delete the drug dealer's number out of my call log so I wouldn't call them back "looking for some without him."

The majority of powdered or crystalline drugs can come in a wide variety of forms and appearances, MDMA is no exception to this. For all you know you may have been offered some obscure research chemicals, this is why a test kit is important if you are ever in situations like that.
Heroin can come in a variety of forms; black tar, tan powder, white powder, etc. You just can't identify most drugs by appearance alone. I will mention though that identifying drugs isn't permitted on Bluelight (although we've gone and tried to help you anyway) it could end up bad. Someone may be sure you've had A, when in fact you've had B and who knows what kinda scenario that could lead to.
