So this is my first post, I hope I'm doing it right.
This past summer I began to experiment with drugs a little because I was going to my first rave and wanted to have the full experience. I was taking low doses of MDMA cut with speed. The high lasted maybe 10 hours. I was hot and cold and when I was cold it felt like it was bone deep and lasted forever. I never had an issue getting to sleep like my friend who took the same did. The drug made me feel extremely happy and let me just let loose as I am a pretty shy and guarded person. Overall I felt I had a good experience though. New Years Eve I decided to go to a club with my cousin who had offered to get us M but it would be cut with coke. I had never done coke before. I enjoyed my experience over the summer so I thought why not. She got a 1g crystal and ground it up. After dividing it she put it in shot glasses of water. It was the most horrid thing I had ever tasted. We did the shots around 9:15pm. Around 9:30 I was sitting at a table as we waited for our cab to arrive. I began to feel it kick in. I was a little light headed and uneasy because I don't like the feeling of being high or not in control like I feel when I smoke weed, it really felt overwhelming for the first few minutes. I was afraid that this was how the whole experience was going to feel. I sat there silently freaking out for a minute or two. She got a call saying the cab was there. I put my shoes on (6 inch heels) which I stumbled to even keep upright with my feet constantly knocking them over. Once I got them on I stood upright and began walking to the door. I felt as if I was gliding, not walking but floating on clouds or something. That was the first weird feeling I had that night. It felt like I was just walking barefoot. I never stumbled and I never fell once. The impossible to walk in shoes felt like they were just a part of me. Once we got into the cab I pulled my phone out to check the time. 9:45. The more I would try to focus the less I could see. It was as if my screen was bouncing back and forth repeatedly and rapidly for probably 10-15 seconds or until I looked away or pushed the screen farther from my vision. This was the second weird thing I experienced and really the main thing I am inquiring about. My cousin does these drugs all the time when she goes out, she usually does .4-.6 a night and she said she has never experienced the vision issue. My boyfriend also said he's never had that happen and he too loves to get high and go rave. Can anyone explain this to me? Or was I just really really high for the first time? I plan to do it again for my birthday but a lower dose. I just want to make sure it wasn't some kind of weird reaction to it.
To finish off this experience I managed to fall asleep at 4:00am with no problem only I still felt pretty high the next day. I had a family dinner around 5:00pm on January 1st. As soon as I arrived I went and sat on the couch and managed to doze off for an hour or two until dinner was ready and on the table. I thought that maybe all the extra sleep would help the feeling go away but still on January 2nd when I had to go back to work I felt like it was still in my system. I was still showing signs of it. It wasn't until January 3rd that I woke up feeling completely myself. How long does it usually take to come down from that kind of dose/high? Was my experience a little weird or am I not alone in this? Like I said, new to all of this. Your answers will really help though!
