Ok so SWIM was doing university in 2008 in Melbourne and has never heard
of psychedelics before except mushrooms, which he thought were
just something like hashish. He had done hashish before only.
When SWIM started uni, he started drinking and studying weekdays,
Partying weekends, the usual uni stuff.
Second year of university SWIM met this raver who later became his best buddy.
SWIM's raver buddy was responsibly researching before taking anything so SWIM trusted him with everything.
SWIM was shy and culturally bound with things and SWIM reckons his raver friend sort of recognized.
SWIM's friend took him out once gave him half E at a club, SWIM said he had the best time of his life (will not in details as this is not the point here).
SWIM then rolled a year on with his raver buddy and there was this one day when SWIM, his raver and other buddies decided to do some LSD.
His raver friend was only person who had done LSD 2 to 3 times before.
Anyways, they all dropped a tab each and an hour later took a walk outside towards a local park.
SWIM said only lights were a little brighter and this funny moment when him and his friends saw this man with a micky mouse head.
everyone felt the same and we came to a conclusion that the LSD was a dud.
From there SWIM and his raver buddy were doing nangs (nitrous oxide), e's, weed and alcohol on weekends.
During this time SWIM learned a lot from his raver friend and went from being a shy, ignorant and judgemental person to a positive, open minded and this can keep on going for ages.
To cut the story short, they decided to do LSD again, this time there was nangs and weed too.
They dropped the tab and were continuously smoking weed and a couple hours later they again thought the LSD was a dud.
However, the raver friend decided they do a nang each....
When SWIM's turn came, the raver friend handed him a double balloon of nang.
And the time that SWIM took all that in, the world turn into an all-out chaotic place.
SWIM tried his best to explain and in his words, he zoomed out of himself....his all-around went completely dark
In all this darkness there was a hole on top and he was dragged towards the hole from where he saw his friends in sort of a tunnel vision,
He could see all his friends down there and particularly he remembers his raver friend from there.
It was the scariest moment of his life, he thought he will never come out of it..
It was like something held him tight, took him up in the sky and from where he could see his friends still sitting down there not knowing he can see them.
He thought this is it and his friends will never know he can see them from there.
Fortunately, this chaos only lasted the time of the nang (which is few seconds) and the darkness started going away and he started seeing everything now.
SWIM’s mates asked him why he was shouting but SWIM was could not say what happened at the moment and everyone forgot about it.
Since then SWIM did not take LSD. His raver buddy is still raving even harder and is not in touch with SWIM for a year.
