here we go....read it....

but it's a non-story, she just has pink-eye, right X?

🤨
Well when she starts frothing at the mouth and trying to bite her own shadow then you let us all know! :ROFLMAO:

Yeah. I will admit that when I read that they were lab. monkeys and how quickly they moved on this it smelled a bit off Anybody know where Fauci been these last few days? I thought fuck: OJ was on the loose for longer than that before they rounded up the cavalry (posse))! :ROFLMAO: So these now gonna be called "The Chinese Monkeys" or what? I take it then they were not darted with Carfent. as I alluded to in an earlier post?

Just my opinion, but i think its all a distraction from something else. Nobody knows what the elites have planned. Ukraine ranks 2nd in the world for maganese, which is used for lithium ion batteries. I wouldnt be surprised if its a battle to secure resources. But us little people will never know the truth.

I am, honestly, a little concerned.

It's not my nature to overly concern myself because that doesn't produce anything. I'm very logical to the point of almost being a robot, these days.

If it happens, it happens. That attitude might seem detached or emotionless or whatever... but, it's true.

Our environment defines us.

We have no control.

I shouldn't be concerned; I should, just, exist.

Funny you should mention this. Funny because I was thinking along these lines just yesterday after my anti-American post earlier yesterday. But I thought I'd wait and see if any Americans tried to rip me a new one before posting again yesterday.

In a crass attempt to not totally alienate myself from the American members here (which I assume are many in number). I was going to post the below yesterday and which is an odd post coming from me let's be honest:

If anything America should become more self-serving and more inward-looking. In the case of this little Ukraine debacle should say to Zelensky "fine we'll cover your ass but what tangible benefits are there in it for us". Minerals and resources? No thanks. We got our own. You're gonna have to do better than that. Security for America? Nah. We secure baby. As one of the good professors that specializes in this particular topic noted: America due to its sheer size and proximity to its perceived enemies is pretty secure. No foreign power is going to plonk a few hundred thousand troops into troop carriers and send them across the oceans to the beaches i.e. it would be too costly and not to mention fraught with the possibilities of failure and too many unknowns. In other words some type of WWII invasion not going to happen and not possible.

Trump for all of his shortcomings and child like behavior didn't go out of his way to alienate every global leader on the planet or piss them off (although his "China Virus" comments didn't exactly endear him to the CCP neither did his candid references to "Rocket Man" endear him to North Korea). And insofar as NATO is concerned I think he was on the button. I wonder how much this little NATO exercise is going to cost America? And if the only thing on offer is security and having a few mates dotted around Europe: sorry not good enough. Those mates collectively, and without America and NATO, are no match for America's perceived enemies i.e. Russia and China. So all this shit not going to be of any tangible benefit to America. And when Trump had meetings with global leaders he didn't leave them frothing at the mouth and shaking uncontrollably in sheer anger and frustration. Anybody taken note of President Putin's demeanor before, during, and after these little chinwags with Biden? IF he's listening at all he looks decidedly bored most of the time and that while he's not staring at the ceiling and looking around at the studio or camera crew and equipment! :ROFLMAO:

Anyway: maybe some type of deals have already been made and we just don't know about them (YET).

So there's my tight rope walk for the day. It's a finely honed skill. What can I say?

Unlike my usual style I just came out guns blazing above without checking facts. Dunno if Manganese is the prize or payoff. The below from good 'ol Wikipedia but unfortunately dated (2015):

In just looking at this list there's no way of getting at it without pissing on Russia and China's batteries (no pun intended). Maybe Australia will be happy to hand over the goodies with little to no shit. Unfortunately: quality counts. Russia's Manganese ore isn't top notch. I've not checked those on on the list for quality or viability.

i think Vlad is using the situation to telegraph to the west that if they want to talk sanctions, he can use uncertainty to wreck the markets.
also to bolster his image of himself in country as a unifier. I also think they are using(and making announcements, like central bank crypto ban and reneg within 4 hours)
to manipulate the crypto market, to scare up a good national entry for Russia, and make a run to completely take themselves off USD petrodollar standard,
and out of the SWIFT system and IMF reach.

Think that's how he rolls ^^ vagueness, plausible deniability and achieving 4 goals at once. honestly makes me embarrassed of trump and biden. They're both morons in comparison. (I don't say this in support of putin/russia's actions, but in dismay at the American electoral system)

And yah, im sure the manganese is part of that too.

Sorry man curiousity...South African or Australian?Wish you all the best!

Meanwhile in other breaking news:

It's scary how literally easy the shit could be engineered to hit the fan. All somebody needs do is plant a Russian or American passport and some paraphenalia or anti-Russian documentation/propaganda in the dude's house and we have an invasion (and if not that a few Ukranian soldiers taking potshots at the Russian soldiers on the the Russian side of the border and the rest will be history). I mean: could this dude have picked a worse time to lose his shit? Hopefully he got a "clean" FB/Twitter acccount.

Meh. China got too much invested here in SA. And South Africa and Russia got a long history. Besides: we could use the jobs and work. Fuck. I'll trundle off to a manganese mine every morning if the price is right! Even if the fruits of my hard labor gonna end up in some fucking EV battery somewhere in America.

But I will say I was surprised at that list. And that was pretty much my point for posting it. As a result of China's Belt and Road initiative they got a certain amount of clout, and interest, in most of those countries on the list (particularly the African countries). and they've been busy coseying up to more than a few of the others The good news for the OP: NZ seems to be in the clear so you can relax. Helpful hint: be sure to discourage any prospecting for Manganese otherwise the world coming for you! More good news: China seems to have their fill of manganese so no Communist cattle prods. coming your way from that side (those are the black ones with red star decorations on the handle and use lithium ion batteries! :ROFLMAO: (and will usually have a little sticker somewhere that says "made in China" and probably a bar code sticker with the first three digits ranging between 690 - 69 although this no guarantee the product was manufacture but that's whole other interesting topic not relevant here).

I almost always find American perspectives (on social media, etc) to be the least interesting... probably, at least in part, because we are constantly bombarded with America through TV and film and music, etc.

I don't often engage with SA politics, because I'm not educated enough on the subject... but I find it fascinating to hear about what it's like to live in South Africa and Germany and Iran, etc.

There tends to be a lot of English speaking people here (on BL) even though people who speak English as a first language make up less than 10% of the planet.

I'm tired of Americans (no offense, Americans). I want to hear somebody else's story. As an Australian, I hear more about Latino Americans and Jewish Americans than I do about indigenous Australians.

Funny thing is bro: America will die defending you whereas Russia doesn't give a flying fuck.
The possible caveat here being that the nice guy (knight in shining armour) usually gets fucked.:ROFLMAO: Besides he got no problems if his own rhetoric around these parts is anything to go by the Arden Government and the CCP pretty tight

There are just a lot more Americans here than there are people from other countries, so it's inevitable. I wish we heard more from other countries, too. I'm also tired of talking about American perspectives.
