A CLUBBER died and two others were left in intensive care because of a “dodgy” batch of ecstasy tablets.
Two nightclubs were hit by the rogue drugs.
A man in his 30s had a heart attack at 4.30am on Sunday at Brixton’s Fridge in South London and was pronounced dead at King’s College Hospital.
Another man in his 30s was in a serious but stable condition in the same hospital last night. Hours later another clubber collapsed at gay club Fire in nearby Vauxhall. He is serious but stable at St Thomas’ Hospital.
Police said the pills were pink with small white dots and urged anyone who may have taken them and fallen ill to seek medical help.
(To our UK friends: please, please get a testing kit and test your pills!)
