I've been using 4-FA 4-5 times per week over 4 months, with a few 7 day breaks here and there. Over the past week I've gotten some odd symptoms.

1. I've been having to piss much more than usual.
2. My mouth is always dry, even when not on 4-FA.
3. I've been drinking a LOT more water, thirst is nearly constant.
4. My back muscles hurt when I stand up and I've had less energy than normal when on and off it.
5. I have something called acanthosis nigricans on the back of my hands, which just makes my skin look darker.
6. My eyes have gotten more sensitive to light, I can barely see for the first 5 minutes I go outside on a sunny day.

Number 2, 3, and 5 go away when on 4-FA.

Those sound like normal symptoms of amphetamine use.

Drinking a lot of water does not always equal rehydration. You also need electrolytes. I personally think that you are dehydrated/malnourished. Back aching can be a sign of your kidneys struggling and/or a more serious kidney issue. Feeling tired can be a number of things, however discontinuation of stimulant use can cause withdrawals.

I urge you to see a doctor regardless if the symptoms are acute or chronic.

Yeah, shitty as it sounds those are pretty common symptoms with stimulants. Amphetamines speed everything up, including your metabolism, how fast you excrete urine/feces, etc. Increased sweating and urination can lead to dehydration, so you should probably double your normal water intake (you think you're peeing a lot NOW...). Staying hydrated also keeps your kidneys/bladder free of harmful bacteria and prevents stones from building up if you're prone to them.

Bottom line: if you're feeling thirsty, you're already dehydrated. The other symptoms (kidney pain, fatigue, increased urination) tell me that inadequate water intake is likely an issue. Not that it's the ONLY issue, so see a doctor if you think it's necessary. If you're consuming caffeine, alcohol or other diuretics, you're even more likely to be dehydrated.

I'm well-versed in kidney infections and have to drink close to a gallon of water every day to keep one from setting in. The doctor told me to avoid caffeine completely, so you may need to alter your lifestyle (less 4-FA maybe?) if need be.

I would lay of the 4-FA so you can give your body a rest. Like the others said these are common symptoms of ampthetamine use. By the way 4-FA shouldn't be used as frequently as you're using it.

As others have mentioned, those symptoms are fairly typical of amphetamine use. Unless you've actually been diagnosed with diabetes by a doctor, this is all just speculation.

Closing thread.
