want to try acid

hello. i have rolled 4 times and had a great time. i was hoping for more visuals though. now i want to try acid, but i have no idea where to get some. how risky is it to try and buy at a club/event? are there really undercover cops everywhere? basically i want to buy some, take it home, and try it there with friends around. don't get me wrong, i like the feelings on xtc, but like i said, i want more visuals. and on top of that, i've heard it's much cheaper than xtc.
 
The people you get ecstasy from more than likely know someone who can get you acid. If you can't get any acid, don't worry it will be offered to you at some point.
The beauty of acid is that its either fake or its real, if its fake...you didn't spend hardly any money on it, and it is hardly nothing but a peice of paper, or a gel tab with nothing else on it...meaning you did no harm to yourself by taking it, and you spent hardly no money on it.
At a club, your chances are(in my estimate)70% chance its real, or a 30% chance its fake.
My best advice is to know and befriend who your getting it from. Good luck.
 
my advice, never walk out of your house with the idea in your head that you will score anything good at a club. it's the ultimate money-making scam, and i don't think that you'd be too happy ending up with fake shit on your first go-round.
as to not being able to find any, it's a bit hard to believe. someone you know must know someone, and so on, so before you take buying at a club <worst case scenario> ... sit down and call 5 of your friends, i'm sure it should turn up something nice!

thanks for the advice people. guess i am a little reluctant to ask my source for e since he is a friend and might worry that i will develop a drug problem. he doesn't do much besides xtc, and definitely not acid.
 
Just call around, one of your friends will have the hook-up, LSD is everywhere.. buying at clubs is a risk, so yer best getting gel-tabs as they are harder to fake - paper is a risk..
IF YOU BUY AT A CLUB, YOU MIGHT GET RIPPED OFF! If you get ripped off, do NOT ask for your money back, do NOT bitch, do NOT fight, simply tell yourself "I took a risk, it didn't pay off, I know next time" ..

I understand that this is your first visit to other drugs and you should should realize how superior it is to social. But, do not go tripping acid! If you wanted visuals from MDMA, you have obviously done no research at all! Search Bluelight (other drugs, trip reports, medical, dark side, spirituality, anything but social!) and then go here and read every single article. Then, and only then, may you be ready.
BTW, why doesn't anyone who uses ecstasy think it's a drug? Acid is probably safer when used by a non-idiot.

actually PhreeX, gel tabs are pretty simple to fake. all one needs is food coloring, a substance that will form the gel, <if some of you kids don't know, don't ask, i won't tell>, and a mold. i have never laid gel sheets minus the acid, though i have known friends who have done it. but i guess it just all depends on how far someone is willing to go to make a quick buck.

hey wicked, i have had visuals from xtc, granted they were minor ones (light blurring for a second). i didn't say i was taking it for the visuals. i took it cause a friend said it makes you feel great. it did, and now i want to try something else. no need to get wound up.
 
i agree with wicked. i am pretty sure the changes in the appearance of light has to do with the dilation of the pupils. this happens to me every time i use something that causes my pupils to dilate, and i always see rims of blue light around street lamps when i'm using Tina [methamphetamine]. anyone else?

Whoever said that geltabs are not hard to fake is absolutly right. Gels aren't hard to fake at all. I'm not going to tell how to do it bein that Idon't want noone to get ripped off. . But a peice of advice would be never think just because they'er gels that they are real, I could make some fake gels right now in 5 minutes and so could every one of my friends.
 
please, do not go doing acid cause you want to see pretty colors. you do acid to expand yourself. if you take it just for the visuals, you are probably in for one hell of a bad time. same goes for any other psychadellics.
just a tip.

You're forgetting that I posted the "Guide to Making Fake Gel-Tabs" - Gelatin is used to make them, and a neon light cover is used for give each gel tab it's form.. fake gel-tabs are not common though..
Seth had a mental breakdown and has stopped using all drugs except alcohol... it's a loss the entire central Florida raver community will feel...

must have missed it.
if and when i take it, if it expands me, great, i'm all for it. if all i get out of it is a good time, should i be disappointed? i don't think so. as for a bad trip, shit happens and life goes on. besides, still have xtc, right?
 
an acid bad trip is very different from a bad trip off Ecstasy...Ecstasy doesn't have any mindfuck...when you bad trip off Ecstasy you still realize that yer bad tripping and can take the appropriate measures to snap out of it...on acid it's a whole different story...the mindfuck is so strong that sometimes u may confuse it with reality...and you may even accept it as reality...and don't think that you'll bad trip and life goes on after that...many people do a complete 180 after they trip off acid....

Honestly, and this may go "against the grain" - I did LSD for the vsuals, to see colors, to "trip balls"... had a wonderfull trip, it was just a little long... I don't buy this crap about how there is a RIGHT and WRONG way to trip.. it's differn't thing to differn't people, but you're much more likely to have a good trip if you go into it looking for something more then visuals..
