heyy so here's the situation, im 17, i was really hardcore into weightlifting about a year ago but then i dislocated my shoulder a couple times n completly tore the labrum so i gave it up i was 170 on creatine and supplementing with basic multivitamin and whey protein, 1 year later with no weightlifting and alota soccer n sicknesses i weigh 150, i wanna get big again, my buddy's got t3 testosterone pill booster, 5 for 20 bucks thinkin about doin those, ur opinion wld b really appreciated since i really know nothing about steriods but wanna get big thanks

5 for 20? Are you talking about pills or bottles? You're only 17, a natural test booster won't do much if anything for you. Stick to fish oil, a hardcore training regimen, lots of calories, rest, protein, creatine, glutamine, and a decent preworkout supplement.

T3 is just an OTC natural test booster based on tribulus, it won't have anywhere the same effects as gear, which at your age, you should absolutely stay away from and not consider taking because it will fuck your body up when you're that young.

Once your back in the gym and eating right the weight will fly back on. My prediction is that you'll be back at your prime in less than 2 months.

Dont bother with the test booster sounds like a rip and at 17 you'll have more than enough already.

+1 ... muscle memory :)

jeez man your 17.
youve got all the gifts of a youthful body on your side man, dont fuck it up before your time.

Stick to a sensible and not OVERLY strenous lifting regime man, cause your body aint fully developed yet and you will cause yourself irreperable harm.
Im speaking from experience here.
i dont know what caused your injury, but go easy man.
Cause Im in pain.
Daily relentless and sometimes agonising pain as a result of not listening to the pros when i was your age man, and i WISH i'd had the sense to just let my body fully develop, rather than falling prey to that classically indestructable obstinate stupidity that seems to go hand in hand with adolescence.

Man your body is primed with all it needs to become sculpted into your suit of choice right now, and you certainly dont need to be boosting your testosterone levels any more, unless your the kind of guy who supplements his 5 fruit and veg a day, for an equal amount of hand jobs and fist fights.

Just eat little and often, speed up that metabolism, drink tons of water, cut down on your carbs and go large on your proteins and calories.

other than that, make sure your getting fit as well as putting on muscle man, aerobic excersise is necessary and much more rewarding than being built like a brick-shit house but still not able to run for a bus.

And anyway, you may soon realise that huge muscles don't make you tough, confident cool or attractive.

That comes from the big muscle between your ears, and being on the hustle for a couple more years dude.

stay safe

I agree with everything in this post aside from the carb cutdown..in my experience, lots of carbohydrates were absolutely necessary for me to pack on weight. I lose weight like crazy if I don't keep my carb count high, but everyones physiology is different.

As everyone else said thus far, stay away from anything that will alter your hormones. Your body is primed for muscle building. Focus on diet and training and rest.

True, true.
The body is a subjective vehicle indeed.

From what I have experienced and encountered, an overly-heavy carb diet will tend to build up the fat reserves if your training is predominently anearobic.
Alongside a purely weights based routine, it seems that replacing those unnecessary carbs with tons of meat and fish, will produce a significantly more toned and bulky muscle-based effect.
Jeez though, its been a long time since i was 17!
When I was a scally I could have been intravenously fed pasta potato rice and brown bread smoothies for 20 hours a day and still burn it all off!
You lucky young lads you.

you're too young man, you don't want to permanently mess up your testosterone levels and all that good stuff, just get on a good creatine and do work

We use steroids to achieve the level of anabolic muscle building ability that you already have at your age.

I used from 16 to 19, at heavy doses too. Now I'm 33 and on testosterone replacement therapy for life. My docs don't think it's from using during puberty, but I'm not so sure. And we'll never know. Looking back, I was symptomatic of low testosterone from ages 19 to 26, when I then self-diagnosed myself and began therapeutic doses of testosterone. BINGO! Then 3 years ago, I stopped self-medicating and decided to go legit, legal like.

Be patient bro. It will all be worth it in the end. There are many joyous stories of guys who followed the advice of vets to wait and how it just put them through the roof. You'll appreciate it more.

i dislocated my shoulder like 8 times and had surgery. i never had any pain after though but i have always worked out...natural until ur older i think

At 17 you likely have a very high level of test flowing through your body naturally. A high lean protein diet with complex carbs and healthy fats in the right proportions along with a solid weight lifting routine is all you need.

Start messing with your hormones at your age and you might screw up your system, your still growing and developing. Be smart, eat right, get good sleep, using supplements is OK but stay away from test boosters, pro hormones, and steroids until you get older. Your system continues to develop until your age 25, messing with your hormones prior to this time isn't wise.

your 17, your producing enough testosterone to get big in two month, especially if your eating right and athletic. don't waste your money on those pills man
