I have smoked weed at night for the last 14 years. I have also taken klonopin for anxiety. I did these drugs and had no problems and was happy. Never needed more or had cravings. Then 3 year ago I started taking oxy for a problem with my foot. I am currently at the end of a taper of a 160mg a day habit. I have been exercising like crazy to take my mind off the oxy. As I am feeling more like myself, not on oxy, I in general want to live a healthier lifestyle. Anyone know of any kind of diet that or foods that help your body after using opiates. Any other suggestions on living a heathier lifestyle after addiction?
