Misc Want Sleep! Please help! What happens when you take DXM, Concerta and Unisom??

I have taken about 8 36mg Concerta throughout the day and just popped 100mg of DXM. It's night time and I kinda want to sleep. What would happen if I combined what I'm on with a couple Unisoms? PLEASE HELP and respond, I'd like to make a decision on this before morning comes. Thanks!​

Dxm won't help you sleep, that usually keeps me up for hours however Unisom might its basically benadryl personally I'd suggest Valerian root or Wild lettuce even a small dose of belladonna if your having trouble sleeping as these are more natural soultions. Taking that many Concerta's I can't imagine being good for your body though be careful

don't take unison, it can cause more anxiety and keep you up and make it worse if you are in a position to not be able to sleep in the first place.

the only thing that will cancel out the concerta is benzos
