Don't know if this makes sense but sometimes when I roll I think even if I had an orgasm I wouldn't even feel it if it was near when I was peaking. My whole body is usually feeling great already, a lot stronger and better (!) feeling than when I come. So I guess that's why it doesn't even cross my mind sometimes to have sex while high.
