I've been waking up shaking after naps during the day and some nights I've been clean around 90 hours is this common have you all experienced this ?

I shake almost the entire way through w/d. Its no fun but it does get better along with the other symptoms. Good luck! Sounds like you are almost out of the worst part of this, dont give up!

Hey congratulations on getting through 90 hours .. your doing great.,. nice work. Allot of times we have no desire or ability to eat.. we can make an effort to slam a nutrient shake while detoxing.. think of it as a shot:D This might help with this. your getting real close.. keep it up!!

^ shakes are completely normal, and they should start to subside soon. are you experiencing any other withdrawal symptoms?

Im half way through day 5 anybody have an idea when my appetite may return imcoming off a 40-65mg 8 month cconsecutive addiction 2 years total

Ok. Well it's hard to say because everyone's different but you should be starting to get something approaching a normal appetite back in the second week of no hydrocodone.

Force down as much food as you can (whatever you feel like you can eat, eat it), but obviously not to the point of making yourself sick. In my experience the more food you can force down the quicker your appetite will come back. It will give your body the essential energy it needs to recover too. I know it might be hard, but eat as much as you can even if you don't feel like it. Little and often is the easiest way I found.

That's the approach I take anyway.

Thanks I agree if I can jump start my appetite by eating I should be good problem is food is so unattractive right now lol

I know how you feel. Do your best to get past that, think soup, porridge, fruit, milk shakes (or even better mass building or protein shakes), plain toast and butter, dippy eggs and soldiers etc and just make yourself eat it. Eat as much as you can, let it digest for a couple of hours, eat as much as you can again, let it digest for a couple of hours, eat as much as you can again and so on. Just keep making the effort to eat as much as you can and before long you'll be eating because you want to not because you know you have too.:)

Funny thing is right after my last post I had an urge to eat so I scrambled 4 eggs 2slices of cheese and ate 3 slices of bread thank God

Welcome to my world, every single freaking morning before I take my methadone. You know what helped a bunch for me during opiate detox? Weed, kratom and loperamide( I think I spelt it right). The weed helped with my appetite and anxiety, while the kratom and loperamide( immodium ad ) pretty much killed most if not all of my withdrawal symptoms. It doesn't really sound like your withdrawaling that bad, but I'm not you. Congrats on making it this far and good luck to you.

Thanks for the recommendations I took Imodium the first day but stopped cause I didn't want to be stopped up and withdrawing weed gives me panic attack s and I have about 2 oz of kratom on standby just in case although I don't understand how a loratab could prolongmy w/d but kkratom wont there both opiate s
