Hi,

I rarely get this, but I am having it again now and its very annoying.
I woke up fine, feeling almost like intoxicated. bad coronation, etc.

anyway, after that... about 20 minutes later I start to feel all this:
- kinda dizzy
- out of sorts.
- almost feel like weak.
- feel like something is not right. etc.
- vision issues. as in my vision is fine but what I see is a bit messed up.
- almost feel like I am cold underneat but its very warm where I am.
- in general I feel like crap.
- memory, functioning, etc is WAY way down. no idea why.
- body kinda feels heavy, hard to move.

* I did not feel like what I listed above when I woke up, it was about 30 minutes after I woke up and got all that, still now please I have study to do today, need to get rid of this weird feeling. help please.

last night:
- only about 6 hours of sleep.
- took Antihistamine h1 to help get to sleep, and a TINY bit of Diphenhydramine.

questions;
what is happening now please?
how may I fix this please?
even if I masterbate to get my blood or whatever up or changed and then even orgasm, may sound strange but like if it stops me feeling like this then fine
will nicotine help ? (nicotine gum 2mg)

thank you.

You mention you took an antihistamine and diphenhydramine (which is also an antihistamine) thus it has an compounding effect. What you are describing sounds like antihistamine grogginess. That you were able to masturbate indicate that you weren't really unwell.

Yeah, sounds like an anticholinergic effect.. but hard to tell really. What is the exact drugs and doses you took? Nicotine may help a bit (technically), but depends how tolerant you are, for example if i'm feeling unwell the taste of gum or a cigarette would probably make me feel worse.
