Anybody else fall asleep or nod off after taking opiates like pressed M30’s aka blues or other opiates and wake up shortly thereafter gasping for air like as if I wasn’t breathing for a little while and suddenly my body realized it wasn’t breathing and jolted me awake quickly inhaling. Is this a novel experience because I’ve had this happen many times what does it mean

1. What you're describing is sleep apnea
2. You likely hitting the edge of ODing. If you're nodding off, you're on the edge and you should be thankful you regained consciousness!

I've never experienced this myself because "the nod" terrifies me for this reason. This is just my opinion but these are signs that you may taking to much and what you describe is definitely a symptom of sleep apnea and both are very bad for your health!

Search and read more here on the forums about M30's as they are not something you really want to deal with because their potency can very greatly and its the number one reason people are ODing! Be safe and do your research!

I swear, just getting whatever is actually in the "30"s and doing volumetric dosing would probably be better.

At least you'd know how much your taking. I hit a hot batch of 80's once and that almost ended me. My usual was to blow a half of one up my nose and drive home from the dealers place, first half hit like a sack of bricks but the rest of the batch was that strong *plus hot spots*

The light green 80's. Kiss of death.

Your brain is fighting because it's alarms are going off from carbon dioxide levels. This happens with the stronger opioids.

Fentanyl is one of those opioids where everything is fine one minute and the next someone is on the floor. This also happened with heroin#4 IV dosing.

These "pressed 30's" are like messing with fire, you never know what you are going to get. It takes an accomplished opioid tolerant person for their body to recover from bottoming out from "hot batches." I wish the cartel would change their pill presses because it is giving my Rx'd Mallinckrodt Oxycodone HCl 30mg a bad name.
