Stimulants Vyvanse tolerance so soon ?

Im going away tomorrow for 4 days so I will give it a break and see ! Thank you !

Good for you. Taking a break can sometimes give us a better perspective on things.

Hope it all works out and don't forget to let us know how you are doing.
 
x 10 on taking a tolerance break.

A few days off and it magically starts to work again ime. Best approach (for ADHD) is to try to take the weekend off if you can (or any days when you don't really need to be on point). This does at least give you a chance of keeping your meds working more consistently by preventing excessive tolerance.
 
Do you like straight up have a bottle of clenbuterol or like I took it a few years ago for example? I only ask because I don't know how safe it would be with amphetamines and Wellbutrin. The beta adrenergic agonism might add to the heart strain and hand shakes. I remember that stuff lasts a LONG time the half-life.
 
The L lysine has to be metabolized so the Dextroamphetamine can be free and active so possible issues there, lack of sleep diminishes availability of dopamine receptors, it releases slow depending on the metabolism, each 30mg Lisdexamfetamine has only 9mg of Dextroamphetamine and the rest is L lysine and a few other things, I know I'm missing things but yeah it used to rock my world too and now not so much.
 
Dissociatives are a way to preserve stimulant effects. When I was prescribed methylphenidate alone I'd reach tolerance within a few weeks. By using a low dose of DXM (100mg XR) alongside it, not only was the euphoria stronger than of each drug alone but there was no tolerance for at least three full months and even then I quit because of side effects (heartburn, according to the doc it was stomach acid), not because of tolerance.
