Harm Reduction Vyvanse/ritalin Binge

I have a prescription to vyvanse 50 mg for about a year and a half now and I stupidly took 12 of them over the course of 36 hours. Of course I was going to run out early so I bought a bunch (150 10mg) pills of ritalin and blew threw them all in 4 days. Today I took Vyvanse again at my prescribed dose and it worked for 4 or so hours. I am really thinking I need a break from all stimulants, even caffeine for awhile. This all finally stopped yesterday. How long until my brain recovers enough to feel the full effects of vyvanse again. Thanks to anyone who replies.
 
I've done this, because it wasn't a long time of using larger amount shouldn't take to long. Take a week off and then try. Just sleep eat and watch tv. Don't over think it. Use your script how you should,you need this medication so don't mess with it . I wish you nothing but success and a happy life!
