Vyvanse dosage vs actual amphet dose

Is vyvanse measured by total weight or by percent weight? like if the lysine they attached had a molar mass or say 40g and amphet had a mass of 60 would 100mg vyvanse be 100mg of amphetamine, or 60? sorry if this is bad chemical syntax etc my understanding is limited.

I believe they take the total weight of the molecule without subtracting off the weight of the lysine, so 100mg of lisdexamphetamine contains less amphetamine molecules than 100mg of dextroamphetamine.

I'm not totally sure though, if someone has anything more concrete please jump in.

50mg vyvanse is about equivalent to 20mg dextroamphetamine
