Vyvanse + Amphetamine Dosage Question

Hey guys.
I have no tolerance to amphetamines and I just came across a 20mg vyvanse.
If i take this, will it have an effect? Or do I need a higher dose....
How long does vyvanse last?
I normally take 10-15mg of dextroamphetamine and 15-20mg adderall for a good high. Although I have gotten a short high by sniffing 5mg of adderall before.
Any advice?

you will probably feel something but not much, that's equivalent to approximately 8.5 mg of adderall, but the conversion scale is shaky since they are different.

10mg Dextroamphetamine = 30mg Vyvanse

22.5mg Dextroamphetamine = 30mg Adderall = 70mg Vyvanse


Vyvanse acts as a prodrug to dextroamphetamine, meaning it is slowly converted in to dex over 8-12 hours, giving you a subtle and long lasting effect, which works great as an ADD medication for some: smooth, flat plasma concentrations, with no peaks and valleys. You will need about 60mg of Vyvanse to feel like you took 10mg of dexedrine extended release twice a day (each 10mg dex er 4-6 hours apart), if that makes sense.
