Vyvance n Adderall MG comparison

Search engine doesnt work on my phone so sorry if this has been covered. So so i take a 70mg and 20mg Vyvance how many mg is that in adderall? Is there some kind of chart like there is wit the different kinds of benzos? Thanks in advance.

20mg = 8.57mg Adderall
