vivitrol minimum clean days required

im a long time opiate user who is scheduled to get the vivitrol shot this friday at 9am. I took off work since this past thurday to detox at home to get the 7-10days clean required to get the shot, at least that was the plan. I've used 30mgs of oxy almost every day since thursday. I really need to get this shot but i can't do more than maybe 3-4 days clean it seems. My question is if i don't use Mon,Tue,Wed,Thur and mix in some intense exercising and lots of water will my system be clean of enough opiates come Fri morning to get the shot? I know the net says minimum of 7-10days but ive also found some posts where ppl have said 3 days is fine as well. I've used suboxone before, actually was on a sub detox all last month that i relapsed from and decided to get the shot once i saw suboxone wasn't going to work. Also can someone who has had a good experience on Vivitrol tell me how long after they got did they begin to feel a positive effect? was it an hour, 2hours, a day?
