Vitamins to stay alert, awake and operational

Besides Coffee?

I find if i have L-Glutamine & L-Carnitine when i get home from work I'm extremely alert and awake (so much that i won't be able to sleep) I'm yet to try them regularly in the morning, but they work really well together.
I find a multi-vitamin every morning helps me get through the day easier as compared to when i don't take them.

Meth... Or go to a chemist and ask they always have shelves full of shit that makes those claims, whether it works or not is another story...

as far as vitamins my best guess would be b-12 its in those 5 hour energy shots

Vitamins? Try taking all the of them. Your body will function best when you have no vitamin deficiencies.

DMAE is stimulating in some people, same for St. John's Wort and Gingko Biloba. And also things like guarana and ginseng

yeah and a lot of those herbal supplements can interact badly with a lot of medicines and drugs you could be taking make sure you research possible interactions very well before you take some supplement while your on drugs or other medication

Ginko Biloba

Ginseng

Yerba Mate

....

Regular multi-vitamins too, to ensure overall wellness.

At times, it is impossible to beat a bottle of Kombucha.

I'm a believer in the notion that the best way to get vitamins is to eat the foods that have them. If I'm not mistaken, it still hasn't been proven that supplements do much of anything.

There was that recent study which found that calcium supplements actually weaken bone density, which I guess is the opposite of their intended effect.

I'm not saying you shouldn't take vitamin supplements, but I do think you'd be better off if u eats ur spinach instead.

Try a vitamin B complex supplement.

However make sure you stay away from Niacin (better known as Vitamin B3) as it can be toxic at large doses.

Instead go for a formulation with Niacinamide (a hepatic metabolite of Vitamin B3).

I'm not sure if you can find this in France but you should be able to.

Cheers

As someone else said, DMAE is great in doses of like 200mg a day, it's a substrate for choline esterase. Also, 100mcg of huperzine A with 10mg of B5 and 500mg of acetyl-L-carnitine gets you fucking wired when you take that shit every day.

Strictly vitamins? The b-vitamins would all be a good choice, especially b-12 and b-6 combined with magnesium.

If you want to go into supplements there are literally millions of options. Piracetam is widely used and very effective, but might not help you stay awake. Adrafinil is metabolized into modafinil, a potent wakefulness promoting agent. Like the others have said, DMAE is pretty popular. Vinpocetine might help.

LOL... yeah, but i don't have much money, and eat a lot of pasta and steack.... i guess a healthy diet and some more sport could help... but i have pains in my legs all day... and its terrible at night...

See a psychologist about your RLS and when you first see him/her just don't bring up the Methadone. Tell them other medications that you are taking but there is no need to bring up the Methadone and your addiction problems because then you won't be treated correctly, probably tossed on Seroquel. Anti-psychotics are psychologists choice for addicts with insomnia problems.

You won't need to look for a "vitamin" stimulant if you get a good nights 8 hour sleep without waking in the middle of the night because of the pain in your muscles. I also have RLS and know how it is when not treated correctly. My biggest problem was waking up because my legs would be in so much pain. It feels like a benzodiazepine withdrawal symptom. AWFUL! The combo from 300mg of Lyrica and 3mg Clonazepam (2mg at night) has saved me for nearly a year.

Sorry for rambling!
