I usually receive adderall xr 30mgs, other pills I take daily include sertraline 50mg(generic for Zoloft) and a multivitamin plus Iron.
I have heard a lot of different ideas about which vitamins are good/bad for adderall. I know vitamin C isn't good because it makes the stomach more acidic.
I don't take my multi's because of the vit c, and I'm going to a health food store to pick up some other health pills.
My question is which vitamins/minerals are good to take(increase absorption, last longer in the bloodstream, etc) and which ones are bad(decrease the absorption, less effective, etc).

Also I forgot to mention I am 5'3, 140 pounds, and female- if that matters.

If you look it up, you will find that chelated magnesium preferably taken at night time can help prevent/slightly reduce adderall tolerance and other negative effects from adderall.

Also L-Tyrosine is a vitamin that increases your dopamine levels (the chemical that makes you feel so good on adderall) it's best to use after your adderall has woren off, because it helps to re-store the dopamine levels that you lost from the adderall (typically if/why people feel shitty after adderall wears off depressed, irritated etc.)
