As very high doses of vitamin C (100mg/kg) will completely prevent neurotoxicity even to very high doses of MDMA in rats (20mg/kg), it is very likely the same will happen in humans.
My normal intake of MDMA in a night is 3-4mg/kg (with 3 extreme nights where 5-6mg/kg was consumed). As 100mg/kg vitamin C completely prevents neurotoxicity at 20mg/kg MDMA, lower levels in the region 10mg/kg vitamin C will likely provide quite effective protection in my case.
The problem with pre- and postloading with vitamin C is that after 4 hours of rolling you NEED to take you next 500-1000mg of vitamin C because the reserves in the brain have run out. Now I usually roll at raves 8 hours long, and then, when the journey back home is included, the damage has long been done when I take my postload 1000mg vitamin C.
Now I found 1500mg vitamin C extended release caps, releasing its content over the course of 8 hours, at approx 180mg/h.
So I was thinking of preloading with 1000mg vitamin C (and lots of vitamin E ofc), followed by 2 1500mg extended release caps just before i enter the rave (totalling 3000 = 360mg vitamin C per hour), followed by a 1000mg vitamin C tablet when I get home.
Now my question is, does anyone have experience with this? Will it be upsetting for my stomach, and will it interfere with my roll? Is this too much vitamin C (in that case I could reduce the pre- and postload to 500mg). Why havent I read anything about people using this method? It seems by far the most effective method of maintaining a continues flow of vitamin C in the brain.

Alpha-lipoic acid also is a VERY effective anti-oxidant, completely preventing neurotoxicity by MDMA, but it is excreted very quickly, so this is not practical at a rave as you would need to redose every hour. Now I found extended release caps of ALA (600mg), so I plan on buying these as well and taking one or 2 with the vitamin C.

I think extended release vitamins are the way to prevent most neurotoxicity when rolling at raves (at home you can just take a dose every hour).

Avoid drinking fruit juices or taking vitamin C at the same time you take amphetamine and dextroamphetamine. These can make your body absorb less of the medicine.

Replace amphetamine with methylenedioxy-methamphetamine and you have plenty of reason to not do this.

Vitamin C speeds up the absorption of MDMA causing you to have a shortened roll. Just skip it. You cannot completely prevent MDMA neurotoxicity. It cannot ever happen, but if you only roll once every 3 months you'll be safe enough to not need to give a FUCK about supplements or Vitamin C.
