I'm a casual cannabis smoker, and ever since the first time i've smoked, during the high I always had trails in the corners of my visual field. I always thought it was normal until a buddy of mine told me it wasnt.
I'm not sure if I'm just really lightweight and get similar effects to threshold psiolcybin by using canabis, or if everyone gets it.
Is it normal to have trails during a cannabis high?:\
 
Well, cannabis is definitely subject to tolerance IME. Minor visuals are quite common with people who are inexperienced/new stoners, Especially in your peripheral vision (this can be a fucking circus of activity), so you are at that great stage of cannabis smoking where psychedelia is received. But don't get to used to it, after you have been high a certain amount of times, the high turns more into a bland/predictable effect.

I deeply cherish some of the first times I got high, I felt like an angel. The summer sun felt like it was shining through me, my mood was elevated and extremely happy/euphoric (kind of like on a good opiate high), body tingled, colors brightened, and could not stop laughing. And this is fucked up... for a while after I got real high I felt this unmistakable sensation of a strong gravity/magnet spinning around my left leg, but it was awesome and twisted. I will miss those days, as I've been smoking high quality dank for 5+ years.

So the point is, cannabis is now psychedelic for you, but enjoy because it won't last forever.
 
Yea, it's normal...just means your really high pretty much. I used to get trails all the time after smoking some nice ass dank and loved messing around with it. I also used to get some nice distorted images, like colored clouds and a vibrating sky. Fun days, also high on Oxy when the other effects happened, but I don't think that had anything to do with the visuals.
 
This is very common especially on good herb if you don't have a tolerance.

Perhaps you just get very stoned or have this happen often?
