i'm nae too impressed that the handbrake is on the same side as the accelerator... on the PS2 it was easy to powerslide round corners on the handbrake.

I've switched to 'classic' controls and it's much easier to drive with precision handbraking.

Just checked my dashboard and they're 1MB per game save. There's at least 10 slots for different saves.

Last night I took Michelle to the strip club as a date to see how she would react. When we got there she didn't really do anything though. I was about to see about getting a private show but I forgot that I still had my gun in my hand and this upset the bouncers. They wouldn't let it go so I had to shoot them.

some shops offer a disk fixing service which apparently works for £2-3, if not, some of the games publishers (not sure if taketwo do though) will replace a scratched disk when you send it in for £10 or something, EA do this and Activision as well I think, find a number and give their UK office a go

Have it and LOVE it. I'm still on the single player campaign... haven't touched the multiplayer yet, but I'm excited to. Some of the bugs I've found are a bit disappointing, but I still think it's one of the best overall games ever made.

In the first 20mins, I heard Jim Norton and Patrice Oneal on the radio, and saw Ricky Gervais and Katt Williams doing stand up on the TV. I knew then that I was in love.

I tried this but after one shot she gets scared and the game won't let you do anything else until it reloads and she is gone. Maybe with a shotgun or something she'd die in one hit, I dunno.

She's an undercover cop working for the FIB. You'll find out after you bust your ass getting a bunch of coke back from some thieves only to have to give it to Michelle when she comes out about being an agent. Don't waste your money taking her out anywhere. I'm kind of curious what happens if you just never talk to her from the start and don't return any calls or anything.

I have a couple complaints about GTA 4 like the lack of seatbelts. I think it's awesome that people can fly through the windshield in high speed impacts but it seems totally random when it happens. I think when you get in a car you should have to hit a button to put on your seatbelt which allows you to stay in the car during accidents but takes longer to get out of in those emergency bailout situations. Maybe even minor accidents without a seatbelt on would make you lose control for a couple seconds as you get thrown around inside the car. Right now I just find it annoying that sometimes I'll fly through the window and other times nothing happens.

My only other issue is the way the police react to stuff. Driving the wrong way down the freeway going head on towards a cop doesn't provoke them at all unless you run into them. Same with smashing out windows on your car next to a cop. Driving around in a car with blood all over it. Running into pedestrians and non-cop cars. Walking around with guns in your hands. Etc,etc. Sometimes they'll turn on their siren for a split second as if they're warning you so the game is obviously aware that you're doing something fucked up.

I'd love it if driving around in a car with bulletholes in the glass and blood all over the windshield and hood would cause pedestrians to react negatively and even call the cops. I think the next GTA should implement this kind of stuff and make it more of a hitman/stalking type of game. If I cruise around in a car that is about to explode and it's riddled with bulletholes and covered in blood with some dead bodies still sitting the back I'd expect people to react to it.

Also, I'm a bit upset at the lack of vehicles and weapons. Of course there are enough but really it could have used more. Just a few rare or special vehicles like a tank or a Ferrari or something and a couple more "unique" weapons such as a flamethrower or machine gun. I was completely satisfied until I got about halfway through the game and now it's getting repetitive.

Anyway, if you thought the strip club lap dance was good you need to cruise around the ghettos until you see some girls working a corner. Pull up and honk your horn and one of them will hop in and give you a real "lap dance".

The $70 service is sex and $50 is a blowjob. Not sure what you get for $20 but I imagine it's a hand job. Oh and make sure you kill that prostitute when she's done so you get your money back.
