I usually start out with 35mg and work my way up to around 60-75mg, but I have a little bit of a tolerance.
 
Wow, when I first read your post I thought you took 25 pills of vicodin, not 25 mgs. That would not be fun, however, 25 mgs and some a little bit of alcohol can be a solid good time.

Taking a few Vicodins with any alcohol is a really bad idea.
Acetaminophen is bad for you in high doses in anyways. But combined with alcohol you're going to really damage your liver.
Acetaminophen is labelled as APAP, the other ingrediant in both Vicodin and Percocet.
that sounds about right...25mgs is cool for a newbie...shit 25 still gives me a pleasurable buzz.and I have quite a dependence
Weird, I always got the impression you used heroin fairly regularly. I would have thought you'd have a higher tolerance.
I used to be able to use oxycodone every weekend for years and never had to go above 30mgs because there was always enough time for my tolerance to drop down between uses. I wish it was still like that.
Actually, I had quit heroin at the end of summer and before I got back into it I was taking painkillers. 25-30mgs of oxycodone had me feeling really good. But then I started taking methadone because it lasted longer.. that ended up giving me a tolerance from hell which is really why I got back into heroin.
So the moral of the story is don't use methadone if you want to keep your tolerance from skyrocketting.

Before I got hurt and started taking alot of painkillers by perscription, 20mgs would be a pleasant buzz for me. My tolerance is through the roof now :( . For me just to get a good couple hours of pain relief i need to take 30mgs of roxicodone and 30mgs of lortab.

actually I do....mostly everyday.with a few days off a month for other opiate experiences..but I try hard , very hard to keep my tolerance down and only binging(by binging I mean 10-12 bags without rest, maybe over a day or two) maybe once a month .
I have been using for years and until recently 15mgs would be enough for some satisfaction. I guess my threshold tolerance is that of a baby..haha
another thing too is I am so conciese about my fucking body..Like by what goes into it and shit. Like if I drink a Soda too fast I can feel noticable effects
This is why I don't understand newbies talking about taking even amounts of 80mgs of oxycontin and shit...Its a waste...well it seems like a waste to me..maybe because I don't really shoot to get fucked up (no pun intended). throughout the day I will use and then when its time for bed...just that little bit more is enough to then nod myself to sleep
As for the bit of alcohol. as long as it is kept low and not frequent you will be fine..Be very careful though...this combo is so easy to get in the habit of...(i went from a major alchoholic to an opiate head but there was a time in between when both were used daily, and up until 5 or 6 months ago I would drink and drink and still dose as much as I would without alcohol)...
however now that my opioid habit has become one with me. I am happy with a beer or two to relax and the soda for the rest of the night at the club

I took 4 vicodins earlier today which is 20 mgs. Man it gave me the headache from hell. Along with my eyes goin crossed every now and then and couldn't focus on anything. It was ok but I think I'll stick to oxycontin.
