Hello again everybody. I just ran out of vicodin while im in vacation in Ecuador. I tried to go to the farmacy but they dont even know what Vicodin or Hydrocodone is. Does anybody knows what could be equivalent to my medicine so I can ask for it. I found tramadol (tramal 50mg) over the counter and thats what I bought meanwhile but I dont know what im gonna do as soon as mu knee pain comes back... Help please... Thanks.

For the people who doesnt know where Ecuador is, its South America. Right next to Peru and Colombia.,,

rotflol... I know but I dont do yeyo anymore... Damm I guess I choose the wrong time to quit... But seriosly, anybody got the answer for my question??

not sure about ecuador, but they had hydrocodone all over the place in central america. i think it was sold as Kodone.

humm. Worth a try I guess. I found out that they have Oxycodone here but its sold as "Oxycontin" but you need an script...

You should be able to acquire codeine without much trouble. It will surely take away your WD. And as for coke, yeah it's fun but it certainly won't help much for opiate WD. Coke is good for about all of 5 minutes when WDing. Then it turns into plain hell...

Go to a local doctor and have them write you a script. It's a lot easier in countries in SA and most of the world than it is in the US.

When I was down there last year I had to get a script for oxycodone. Checked the pharmacies and all they had was Tramadol. Good luck!

you should be able to find hydrocodone/apap combinations, and i know that oxy is readily available at pharmacies in most major cities in latin america. like someone else said codeine shouldnt be a problem either, and even tramadol would be better than nothing. you may also want to look for neo-percodan, which is actually just the equivalent of darvocet.

why dont you just bring your old script bottle to a doctor or pharmacist and explain that its for your knee? they'd probably be willing to work with you. even if they dont know what vicodin is, they will know what knee pain is.
