I've been taking vicodin for a while after surgery, and I haven't gotten constipated at all is something wrong with me.

You sound like you WANT to be constipated.. What is your daily dosage of hydrocodone and how long have you been taking it ? Just because someone takes opiates, does not mean you are GUARANTEED to get constipated.. If you daily dosage is low, and your diet is healthy, you can certainly avoid becoming constipated whilst taking opiates.

Note to self: I really hope you are being serious and I am not getting trolled hard.

A lot of people just end up taking a "vicodin shit" the next day, which is just a bigger harder loaf. Also, you receive so many fluids via IV during an operation that it may prevent you from getting constipated. Either way, it's not a problem if you don't get constipated.

it takes a long long time for the pills so start making you constipated. There are things you can take to prevent/aid in the prevention of constipation like stood softeners, doculate, etc.
I didn't become constipated after my surgery for a long time, but the reason being, I also have Ulcerative Colitis so I would normally go the bathroom 4-5 times a day. At least this way, with the slight constipation, I'm not going all the time :)
But again, you have to see how many vics you are taking a day and then how long you've been taking them and go from there. U may naturally be anti-constipation from things like BrokenDownPalace mentioned, healthy diet, fluids, not eating at all maybe?
