Viciodin

I was wondering if Viciodin were time released, and how many i should take orally and wether i should crush them up then drink em down for a better effect.

nope, regular vicodin isn't time released, just hydrocodone and apap. crushing them up will make them hit a *bit* faster...just saves you the trouble of waiting for them to disolve in your stomach.

- it's Vicodin.
First, what strength do you have? There are three kinds, and they're all mixed with acitominophen (asprin), which can be dangerous if you take too much.
I find (me, with no opiate tolerance) find 2 to 3 of the 5 mg pills to be pretty good. Of course, if you have stronger pills (the 7.5 mg or the 10 mg pills) you should take less.

I've had a pretty much unlimited supply of Hydrocodone 10/325 since I herniated 4 disks in my back, as posted earlier crushing them will make them hit faster, but I'm not sure if anyone else has had this experience with crushed Hydros, when taken crushed the buzz doesn't last as long, but is a harder hitting one, I'm guessing since more of the drug is rushed to the opiate receptors at one time, is it just me or has anyone else had the same experience with them?

When I snort vicodin, I feel it pretty quick, feel good for about 30 minutes, then Im asleep.

quick question...is my opiod tolerance atypical?
If I take like 20 mg of vicodin, I feel pretty good for an hour or two. kinda dizzy and relaxed and whatnot...that quickly trails off. Nothing intense. No nod. No nausea. A similar experience is obtained with 120 mg codeine.

DO NOT SNORT LARGE PILLS LIKE VICODIN, NOR PERCOCET, YOU ARE DAMAGING YOUR NOSE GREATLY NOT TO MENTION THE BURN.
That said, you cant really get a good absorbtion from the pill when all that crap is in your nose with it, i would say if you got effects from snorting a vicodin or similar pill , it dripped into your stomache, and thats how it affected you, PLEASE just eat them, OK? this is common knowledge, there are many reasons you cant snort large pills, one is it hurts , second tylenol-apap-acetaminophen causes some damage and probably could be very bad for you in the long run, it also damages the liver. Third, you cant get the drug to efficiently absorb into your nose, the whole point of snorting something, if you have over 800mg of binder in it, probably over a gram, with 5mg hydrocodone, you arent gonna get that drug to go through your nose, at all, no way, if it affects you, as i said above its because it went into your stomache.
PLEASE dont snort these, if you want to snort something, go get some heroin or an oxycontin ok? this is not me trying to ruin your fun, this is me concerned at the drug users on this board doing things that not only are quite bad for you , but waste there drugs needlessly, so please, take my advice ok?

Do NOT snort these... and a "typical dose" is 20mg-40mg (hydrocodone) ... tollerance WILL develop and you will find yourself eating more and more - when I had a 1000ct bottle I ended up eating 5-8 at a time within a couple days...
