So, I'm roughly 4 months into treatment. I would say maybe a week, week and a half ago, I started to notice that in the mornings when I was ready to get up, my legs would be so stiff and in pain. As time has gone by, I've just noticed the symptom getting worse, almost unbearable. And I'll feel really lethargic. Now when I experience this, usually about 15 minutes after dosing, I'm fine. But like today, I skipped my dose and I've been laid up all day! My legs hurt so bad, especially in the knees and thighs. I forced myself to go for a walk a few hours ago and that did seem to help. I was just wondering if anyone else experienced this and if anything helped??

I should add that I get this in my arms as well, in fact usually in the mornings, my whole arm will be dead asleep. In fact, I find, I rarely even change position in the night. And I was always a very all over the place sleeper.

Congratulations on 4 months!!:)

Are you taking vitamins? Are you taking vitamin D? You may wish to add this in if not and see if it helps.

Early recovery can be filled with weird stuff. The body and brain need to regulate back. Here is some information on PAWS.

Yoga may also be a very beneficial activity to take up. Keep going your doing great and many of these symptoms get better and disappear with time.
