very odd smell

I came accross some weed that does not smell like any other weed i've ever smelled. in fact, it doesnt even smell like weed there is an overpowering smell of chemicals. i dont know how else to describe it. its infamous around here and is reffered to as "piff", i know there are many definitions for piff but around here it only means/refers to one thing.

could it be dangerous?
could it be sprayed with something, or does it just naturally have this unnatural smell?

it is dark green, with dark orange/red hairs and not too dense. looks more like mids but the high is pretty intense

Cloud it be? Yes. Is it? No one can answer that.

If your bud smells like chemicals and you live in an area where that is actually a realistic possibility, I wouldn't smoke it. But really that advice is just based on common sense and past that, there really isn't much anyone can tell you over the internet.

Piff or haze_both slang for good weed some have a unique smell to it. I wouldnt say its a chemical smell, but when it is smoked it has a great almost floral smell. Weird thing is i have gotten piff or haze before that is completely different looking from other batches, but it still will have that same smell when being burned.
