this is for people who have a repeat script for diazepam. so lets say a person who takes this at the precribed dose of 3 x 5 mg a day to start with he feels fine at this theaputic dose. now fast forward 6 yrs an he still as his repeat script so would he not even notice his intake after such a long time? please bear in mind that he does not use in high recreational doses so would this still take the edge of anxiety or not.

Every one is different I use to take 3 10 mg per day. With time this changed to 10 mg every 8 hours. I had it prescribed and if you go to a doctor with the same prescription you had for many years, he/she can´t really change that.
I used it for a long term and now my tolerance is super high for benzodiazepines. It does not matter if I use Xanax or Bromazepam it will not be so effective
However, if I don´t use a minimal dose I have various problems, from anxiety to being unable to sleep.

I've never understood why somebody would take any Benzo over a long period of time in all honesty.

Tolerance soon catches up with you, and then you're taking it for the sake of it, with little-to-no therapeutic effects.

It would be quite rare for someone to have taken it for more than 2 years and still find a therapeutic effect from the same dose in which they started on.

I've been taking Valium for twelve years and my tolerance hasn't increased, but I take it "as needed" rather than every day. Do you feel you need to take it three times a day, or are you doing that because that's what your doctor prescribed you?
