vasodilators, baseline meds, sleep aids

I have read about how these can be a valuable item to keep in the medicine cabinet.

Which are the preferred vasodilators and what dose is typical when the RC has caused discomfort? I have yet to experience some of the bad vasoconstriction that others have, but if it happens I would like to be prepared.

What are your preferred baseline meds ? I have read that risperidone, geodon and olanzapine are good to return to baseline (from 5HT2A trips).

From what I have read, the above are also good for sleep on their own, but are there other sleep aids that are really liked by psychedelic users here?

I feel a bit irresponsible not having these valuable tools even though I really haven't needed them to this date and it just seems like a good idea to have these on hand.

For vasodilators, ibuprofen or a small amount of alcohol seems to work.

I don't know about baseline meds or sleep aids, I know many people use benzos but I never did that myself.
I have used Zopiclone a couple times to get to sleep, but I don't think that's the best option since it can affect some people in weird ways from what I've seen 'round the web.
