Vasoconstriction

Afternoon,

Apologies for my useless computer like abilities, - I am not computer competent and don't know where to search regards this topic, but can anyone offer any help with Vasoconstriction, and how long symptoms can last for??

SWIM took Mephedrone and since then he has had numb fingers.

arginine, pycnogenol, horny goat weed, citrulline, viagra....
most just take arginine

i take arginine before dropping meph and on comedown too. would it be ok to take it during he session (10 hours) too? cheers.

Arginine is pretty benign. Might make you dizzy if you are already hypotensive but with mephedrone I doubt it could be a problem.

plenty of fluids, dehydration won't do SWAM any good...
