Hi, I read on drugs-forum that when smoking 2-fma, you add a drop of water to the powder and "cook it lightly" to vape it. I've done this, and it has worked to some effect (I assume you want to avoid the water boiling).
But can someone explain why this would be preferable to just vaporizing the powder without adding water, and only applying heat to the dry powder?
Edit: I'm guessing that the water attracts the heat and helps the 2-FMA not burn up as easily, but I'm not an expert in this type of thing. Also, I am using a freebase pipe, not chasing off foil, and it seems to work well, lots of vapor comes up after the water is gone, but I don't know why the water is needed in the first place.
