Feeling like shit today my back has gone so just downed 35mg diaz. Swim used to be prescribed Xanax 1mg for such times, now in my country has been rescheduled s8, therefore no more!!! Will that Mg of val equate to 2mg Xanax?? Don't want to take my issues out on my better half EVER again!! Any advice would be forever appreciated ??

First off you don't need to use SWIM on this forum, it's totally useless and makes your posts harder to read.
35 mgs of diazepam should be similar to 2 mgs of alprazolam as far as potency goes, of course the effects will be a bit different.
