Is 10 mg of Valium good to mix with 500mg Vicodins? Thanks for the help.

You got a Vicodin - that has 500mg of APAP (acetaminophen - aka Tylenol) and probably about 7.5mg hydroconde (the narcotic) ..
10mg Valium and one Vicodin probably will mellow you out, make ya feel good, but it won't really rock your world!

Yes, I am VERY mellowed out. And yes I figured it was not pure 500mgs of hydrocodone but they are labeled as 500s aren't they? I also have some blue Watson540s and yellow norco539s. What are these exactly? Same as Vicodins but w/ a higher percentage of hydrocodone? Does anyone know of a better pill id system than rxlist.com? It is ok but not super detailed. Thanks again for the help.
